The room was spotless, the hotel employees were friendly and cordlessly.
They offer an early check in for a fee, or to keep your luggage free of charge before checking time.
it was close to restaurants, museums, different amenities and downtown.

It's a nice and modern hotel in the historic center, very close to all the things you need as a tourist. The area is very quiet at night, as there are tons of shops that are closed. My deluxe room was very big and cleaned daily. Overall, a great experience.

Very happy with our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the Zocalo and the rooms are very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows as well.

It is perfect if you are in and out of your room, Wi-Fi wasn’t accessible in the room area, towels arrived 1 day late had to ask twice. Check in was Super easy and lobby area is very comfortable they held our bags till we were ready to leave to the airport on the day of departure. It is a very noisy area not far from the zocalo. People and cars are none stop. Not an area for a light sleeper. Overall 5 stars and will be returning.

While it’s on a busy street and therefore you hear lots of city noise, we loved our stay. The rooms were very nice and had a small fridge and a safe. The staff were very helpful and kind. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the evenings. We would go back again!
