muy buen hotel, con gran posibilidad futura
una buena experiencia, un hotel que tiene todo, están realizando algunos acabados pero eso no impidió estar muy a gusto y siempre bien atendidos, la comida de su restaurante muy buena y a buen precio, el detalle fue que se terminaban algunas cosas y en un hotel como este no debeeria suceder

El hotel se ve renovado, tiene estacionamiento y las habitaciones están de buen tamaño, sin embargo ¡no hay aire acondicionado! Increíble para una localidad con tanto calor.

Mala experiencia
Rentamos la habitación más cara, sin embargo, el hotel no está terminado. No recibimos todos los servicios que incluía está habitación. No contaba con refrigerador, no tenía bancas, en ventilador de la sala no servía, no hay teléfonos para comunicarse con el personal, el baño no estaba limpio ya que aún no está terminado e incluso tiene anotaciones de los albañiles. Las pantallas no estaban configuradas y la señal del internet es mala. No se le da mantenimiento a la alberca y el tono del agua es turbia. Y aún tomando en cuenta todo esto te cobran como si las habitaciones estuvieran terminadas, en general fue una mala experiencia.

Fue una muy mala experiencia. Desde la llegada el personal es muy poco amigable y poco comprometido con su trabajo.
Las habitaciones no tienen aire y se vuelve insoportable el calor. No te dan ni un solo ventilador, aunque sea de piso.
Reservamos 2 habitaciones y nadie vuelve a regresar de la mala experiencia que tuvimos.

Es nuevo y está bonito el hotel pero tiene algunas fallas como el aire acondicionado y agua caliente. El personal es muy amable y accedieron a solucionar el problema. Creo es parte de que sean tan nuevos.

El hotel es nuevo, muy bonito y el servicio excelente sin embargo es de suma importancia se considere poner planta de luz ya que por la madrugada hubo apagon y eran las 11 am y no volvia la luz y no habia agua para bañarse ni electricidad
