The hotel is exceptionally well managed. The beds were comfortable. Room was quiet throughout the night. The room was spacious. The kids’ bunkbeds were big and comfortable. There are a couple of incredible bakeries around the hotel for a quick and delicious breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The room is very spacious. Full-equipped kitchen is available. It’s suitable for long stay in Kyoto. Negative: No parking lot; it’s an apartment hotel so no breakfast service.

This was one of the favourite places we stayed on our trip. The kids loved the bunk beds, the large table was nice to sit at, the kitchenette was very useful. The staff were very nice and helpful. There were some good places to eat nearby and the bus and train stations were close. Not far to some excellent shopping areas. Would return!

Hotel was very clean and large for Japanese standards. There were 4 (2 adult size boys) of us and it felt comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and bedding comfortable. Location isn’t too far from subway (about 10 mins). Staff were friendly and beyond helpful. Great value for the $. Will definitely stay again.
