The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made our visit seamless, even accommodating our early arrival, particularly Zauhan who greeted us and showed the apartment. I was there with my husband and two daughters on short vacations last week. THe experience was great. The location in the new area of Marrakech was perfect. The department was totally new super comfortable for the long days full of activities. Hawla, in the reception was amazing, taking care of us everyday with anything that we needed to know (restaurants, ...etc)
