Aug 12, 2026This hotel was fantastic, it is a bit dated but that will not stop me from coming back! I loved the old-world charm of this hotel, over looking the Alps. Fantastic dinner and breakfast. A+.

Sep 12, 2025Delightful stay with fantastic hosts
The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel.
The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property.
They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route.
Room was very good. The only thing I would hope for is a slightly better pillow.
We used the sauna daily and this was very welcome, especially after a tiring day on the mountain.

Jul 31, 2026The reception, the restaurant and the spa was closed and it would have been nice to know before we booked it. The room didn’t have a fridge, so there was no place to cool down a soda or anything.
The rooms have very thin walls.
I am sure that the place is nice when it is opened, but we would have preferred to live in a hotel with a restaurant.
