6/10 Good

The rooms are clean and staff is nice, really nice. The hotel is pretty new but starting to show wear in the lobby area…torn upholstery and stains on the furniture. There were exposed walls by the elevators. Not sure if they were doing work? It’s a great value Could easily charge a little more

Overall nice and clean hotel. Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Only improvement I’d suggest is to update the breakfast. Glass plates and real cutlery go a long way. Was also consistently out of various foods/items during peak times

Grand Rapids was the last stop on a very long road trip over 10 days. The Staybridge was a nice place to stay. Having a kitchenette was a nice bonus although we didn’t use it. It was a great property with nice amenities.
