Öncelikle otelin konumu yeri gayet güzeldi
İlk girişte herşey gayet düzenli ve temİz görünüyordu odamız ise geniş ferah konforlu büyük teraslı bir odaydı. Ancak banyodçya tuvalet kağıdı konulmamıştı bu bir 4 kişi kaldığımız odada 1 pike 2 yastık vardı kendilerinden ilk önce yastık ve tuvalet kağıdı istedik 30-40 dk da getire bildiler daha sonrasında pike istedik 1,5 saatte geldi ayrıca koca bir teras var ama oturacağımız bir sandalye yada tabure koymamışlar istediğmiz de de yok dediler ve son bombamız çift kişilik yatağın içimdeki yatak koruyucu iğrençti ve Üzerinde saçlar doluydu ayrıxa açılan koltuğu yatmak için açtığımızda da her yerde kıllar vardı kısacası otel aslında çok iyi ama hizmet ve temizlik sıfır bunları bilerek konaklayın biz memnun kalmadık

Odalar ve banyo tertemiz, personelde çok güler yüzlüydü. Bursa’nın en işlek yerine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olmasıda ayrıca çok kolaydı. Bursa’nın içerisinde böyle bir otel olması sevindirdi açıkçası. Çok memnun kaldık.

We kwamen rond middernacht aan, omdat we niet verder wilden rijden tot aan de grens. Het hotel maakte op het eerste gezicht een redelijke indruk en de kamers waren schoon en netjes. Helaas stelde het ontbijt teleur: het aanbod was zeer beperkt en de producten waren niet vers. Ondanks dat we voor vijf personen hebben betaald, vonden wij het ontbijt van onvoldoende kwaliteit.

Otel ilgi açısından güzeldi. Temizdi fakat odanın banyosunun tavası neredeyse çökmüştü ve kabarmıştı.Bunun dışında her şey gayet temiz ve düzenliydi.Personellerin sesi koridorda rahatsız ediyordu ara sıra.
