The staff at the reception did not have visibility of the booking I did online, they had to call the manager who confirms I booked online, but then did not provide information on the type of booking I did, hence I was given a standard room instead of the suite I booked, upon entering I realized the mistake and had to go back to reception to explain a this is not what I paid for, it took a while of explanations and showing of receipts and conversion from USD to the local currency before I was finally led to the room I paid for, and it was a spacious room. Glad it was finally rectified.

À mon arrivée, j’ai été très bien accueilli par la dame de la réception, qui a été très agréable. Le vigile qui m’a accompagné jusqu’à la chambre était également très sympathique. Cependant, une fois dans la chambre, j’ai constaté qu’il ne s’agissait pas de celle que j’avais réservée, conformément à la description présentée lors de ma réservation. Nous sommes donc retournés à la réception pour signaler le problème. Heureusement avec l’intervention de la dame de l’accueil et l’aide de son collègue, cette situation a été rapidement résolu. Merci à vous Je reviendrai prochainement, en espérant que ma prochaine expérience sera encore plus meilleure.
