Nice Apartment, Frustrating Arrival Experience
We had to follow up with the host for check-in instructions upon arrival, which caused an unexpected delay. The initial communication was also confusing, and there was a discrepancy regarding the cleaning fee compared to what was shown in the booking. Unfortunately, it took several attempts to get clarification, and the response times were slow.
After eventually settling the issue, we received the check-in details. The process was frustrating and far from smooth.
That said, the apartment itself was clean and situated in a great location in Belval. The only drawback was the weekend noise from a nearby nightclub, which made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep.
