Audrey was fantastic and we appreciate all what you have done
Checkout time communication was communicated in the best manner though there were number of request for a late check out .
Thus Customer service and communication is key and it works both ways for us as a customer and you as the service / customer provider
Hope this is understandable
I must say everything is perfect and can’t fault anything nevertheless small issues like the above just ruins the whole experience
We did not use the pool and the security guard was very helpful
