Apr 20, 2025It’s a beautiful property and well kept. Nice restaurant too. We loved the food. The road to get to it off the main road is bumpy, but that’s a minor detail especially if you have a pickup or SUV. The yards around the hotel and restaurant are great scenery.

Jul 11, 2025There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and give us room keys. Once in the room, the hot water did not work, it was 7pm. The hot water became available at 6am the next morning, after letting the faucet run for 5 minutes. The food that was included for breakfast was good and the staff is nice. I would have given less stars if it had not been for the staff and the food. Clean place.

Oct 7, 2025To start, the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful. I was most disappointed in the misrepresentation. If you look at the map within Expedia it looks like it is downtown, but it was not, so we had a hard time finding it. The location is outside of town so not within walking distance. The description also says beach front, not sure why because it’s not. Breakfast was supposed to be included and it was supposed to have a restaurant. When we got there it was a ghost town. There was no restaurant and I was informed that current owners let the staff go. So no breakfast and no restaurant. It was raining, so we just ate some snacks that we had for dinner. I asked for some compensation but none was offered, hence my poor review. The staff did let us see the beautiful grounds by where the restaurant was. So I am sure at one point it was very nice, however some compensation would have been nice. Also the road leading up to it is very rutty, so have to drive extremely slow.

We loved our stay here! The hotel and grounds areas are so peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the restaurant area; I would have sat iout there all day with a book if we'd have had more time. The staff arranged for a guide, Julio Cesar, for the 7 Waterfalls Hike. He was so knowledgeable and fun and patient. He even took us to see his coffee and cacao farm before we left. I think we got the best guide! Mariana, from the hotel, came with us and took pictures and translated, an added bonus. I was so impressed by her personableness and attention to the little details of our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

La habitacion es limpia con buena higiene. Cama confortable aunque pequeña para una pareja.
Lugar y ubicacion en las afueras en zona muy apreciable. Lastima es un hotel poco utilizado.
