"Hotel seemed pretty new, staff were helpful with finding us reliable taxis and tours service. The pool was conveniently located by the hotel lobby and clean. We chose this hotel due to the proximity of Valladolid to Chichen Itza -only about 35 mins away. City center was walking distance and many restaurants nearby as well. My family and I enjoyed our time there."

"The gardens are gorgeous, the pool is tiny and had leaves and plant debris all over, so we did not use. We stayed in the separate cabin. It was very charming! However, it has no AC. There were ceiling and floor fans that helped, but it was hot! The complimentary breakfast was simple but served at the garden terrace, and was lovely. Excellent location. Would stay here again."
