One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at. Communication was super easy, quick, and helpful when I wasn’t able to get into the Landing app. Will absolutely be booking again for even longer!

Nice property away from the rush. Bedrooms definitely need curtains though because the lights from the apartment complex made it seem like it was daylight all night long.

We loved staying at this property. The apartment was in great condition and very clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness of the swimming pool. It is beautiful but was not properly taken care of.

I loved my stay at Barsala At The Flats at Shadow Glen. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and gas stations and only 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is gated and safe and quiet. Loved the room. It was very clean with nice decor. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

AMAZING LITTLE SPOT
AWSOME Apt pool was great we didnt get to try the gym couldn't figure out how to get in.
I would recommend leaving instruction for how to access things. Also recommend maybe an extra pan and pizza pan. Other than that the stay was great and would stay again.

It was a clean and comfortable room. However, the app had multiple issues due to an incorrect email address imported from hotel.com. as a result, no check-in directions for provided to me before my arrival, and I was unable to access my room as well. My struggles with the app continued the next day when the unlock feature continued not to work, forcing me to download another app in order to access my room. If the bugs were worked out of the app, it would have been a great stay

Forced to use phone to unlock and had a lot of stress that I will not be able to open door if I leave phone inside

The stay was fine, room etc very good, was disappointed In that the pool was closed with a cable lock so no one could enter. I wish I had known it would have most likely made me look someplace else. So disappointed.
