Hotel Staff were amazing. I had a couple of facility issues that arose during my stay. The hotel staff attended to the issues promptly and kept me updated while I was out to let me know when the issues had been fixed. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience caused and I arrived back to my room later that night to a lovely note from the manager and a bottle of bubbles. I can highly recommend the Mantra on Charles in Launceston, Tasmania. Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. There are also a couple of great cafes just down the road within a short walking distance.

Great place but the bed mattress is too soft and not comfortable, we stayed for one night in two different room and my mate had same issue he told me that he didn’t sleep well because of the mattress and pillows but service was top and breakfast was supper .

Lovely accommodation. 15 minute walk into town but plenty of places nearby to eat and drink on the way. Good sized room. Large bathroom with a small shower which we found strange, but the best and most powerful shower at that. Very big pillows so would request a flatter one as we both had bad necks after the first night.
