May 28, 2026First, I want to say that everyone on the staff here is so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed getting to know Bakul. She made us feel very at home and helped us enjoy our stay. The security measures also made us feel very safe. Also, our room itself was very clean and the housekeeping seemed to be done well. And it is very convenient for getting to the airport quickly, especially Ina city with difficult traffic like Dhaka is.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues: our TV only got local channels or channels from India, unlike what was advertised. The pool was never open and didn't look like it had been in a very long time and when I tried to go to the spa or gym , it was actually just a construction site. Also, the cleanliness of the hallway going to our room was not so high. For our stay, which was just mostly sleeping in the room, it was fine but if I had been counting on some of the other amenities I would have been very disappointed.
