Suite boa, fiquei na opcao de flat. Piscina boa, zcademia bem equipada, nao usei a sauna. Não tem bebedouros para uso comum mas de forma geral é um bom ambiente. Atendimento pode melhorar na comunicação.

Boa estadia, mas com pontos importantes a melhorar

A estadia foi boa. A suíte é confortável, de bom tamanho e o ar-condicionado funcionava bem. Os funcionários foram atenciosos. No entanto, alguns pontos precisam de mais atenção, especialmente em relação à limpeza do quarto e, principalmente, do banheiro — a cortina do quarto estava manchada e o banheiro necessita de uma atualização. Além disso, sempre que tomava banho, o banheiro ficava alagado. A área da piscina também requer mais cuidados com a limpeza, tanto ao redor quanto na própria água, que estava suja. Por esse motivo, optei por não utilizá-la.
