Quarto limpo e bem organizado. Equipe de limpeza raramente é vista pelos cômodos do flat, porém é tudo muito limpo e organizado, padarias, restaurantes, farmácias e supermercados a poucos metros do flat incluindo a praia que fica uns 60 metros porém não é uma das melhores para banho. A piscina do flat e as hidromassagens são aquecidas 24 horas.

A estadia foi muito agradável, prédio é novo e bem localizado, fui muito bem recebido pelos funcionários do prédio. Tem um mercadinho no andar do apto. De ruim, ausência de eletrodomésticos básicos como microondas e com certeza o check in , que é bem abusivo e até bagunçado.Tive que enviar para o whatsapp de um particular, fotos de todos os documentos principais, com a face de cada hóspede, total desrespeito a LEI GERAL DE PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS e sempre ameaçando não liberar o check in se não apresentasse os documentos solicitados. Fui solicitado por mais de uma pessoa os mesmos documentos.
