Our apartment was great. It was very comfortable and fully functional in a fabulous location of Sevilla. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, food stores and key sites. And Plaza San Lorenzo was right outside the door. We look forward to staying here again sometime soon!

The apartment is exceptional in every way and therefore I must give it the highest rating possible. Apartment or more the building in which the apartments are have a fundamental design flow, which are electronic locks/keypads through which you gain entry. When the power outage in Spain happened the lock obviously went out and building doors were shut so we could not enter the property. I have asked for the physical key repeatedly but I was completely ignored. There was obviously zero contingency planned into this, because the manager showed up at the property 7h later to ask if we are fine, by then power was back up. Communication - zero. Customer support - zero.
