8/10 Very good

Location was great. When given a twin room at check in we asked to be changed to one bed and was moved to new room with no quibble. Unfortunately on a cold night there was no heating in the room but given a heater n extra quills which helped. Reception was very helpful

8/10 Very good

Great location and very friendly staff. I’ve stayed here many times and have always been happy with the hotel. Unfortunately, this time there were a few issues: the shower drain was broken, causing water to flood the bathroom and part of the room, the sink was not properly clean, and the air conditioning could not be switched off, making the room quite cold. It’s also a little unfortunate that the hotel no longer has a restaurant, so breakfast is served in the lobby, which can feel rather cramped. Apart from these issues, everything else was great. I still really appreciate the location and the excellent, friendly service.

8/10 Very good

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)

Hotel was in walking distance to all atractions. Clean, helpful staff and good breakfast. The only thing, breakfast area was crowded. I didn't like the shower, water didn't drain fast enough and started overflowing.
