There weren't pictures available for the economy room so we didn't know what it looked like. The apartment was pretty clean, cozy, and well decorated but during the night someone pulled on our door which was unsettling. Besides that the person who attends to the door is really nice and the surrounding area has alot of places to eat and seems pretty walkable.

Excelente ubicación, muchas opciones de restaurantes a pie, y estación del metro a unas cuadras. René el portero siempre estuvo atento y nos ayudó cuando lo necesitamos. Los cuartos limpios, las camas cómodas. No tienen servicio de limpieza diario, cosa que para nosotros no era importante, y no representa para nada un problema. Fuimos un grupo de 11 personas y está súper bien porque teníamos espacios privados por familia. Sin duda regresaríamos. Muchas gracias.

Horrible, estuvimos sin luz y sin agua más de 24hrs, no tuvieron ningún gesto de servicio, solución o apoyo durante nuestra estancia. Pagamos late check out y aun así tuvimos que irnos a otro lado y pagar para bañarnos, lavarnos los dientes, cargar nuestros celulares, etc. No nos ofrecieron ni subir agua para el baño, ni nada. La habitación tenía goteras… Exijo el reembolso de mi estancia completa, ni soluciones, ni ayuda, ni nada. PÉSIMO!

Todo me pareció muy bien sobre la propiedad, comunicación y zona, me gustó. Solo dejo 4 estrellas (dejaría 4.5 si fuera posible) porque las horas de check in - check out me parecieron muy separadas y prácticamente son un día menos de lo que consideras. Poder llegar hasta las 4 dificulta la logística del primer día, y tener que salir a las 10 (con algo de margen) no da tiempo suficiente en la mañana para recoger y alistarse cómodamente. Un esquema 12 / 3 como se habitúa me parecería más justo.
