Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. Folks at reception were really kind and helpful too.

Airco is not efficient. Even with airco on maximum the temperature stayed around 25-26c. Also rooms were very perfumed.

May 29, 2026The room is spacious and very clean with modern design, thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, nice view and quiet. Very comfortable pillow and bed. The hotel is close to metro station and walking distance to city centre, yet not many decent options of food in the neighbourhood. The breakfast is average and slow replenishment of food. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Jun 11, 2026The most important factor during our stay was that the a/c was scarcely worst all, so we were hot and uncomfortable in our room. Also, where are the chairs? Two people in our room but only one chair, and none at all on the balcony. On the good side, the hotel is clean and looks good, and staff is helpful and welcoming.

Sep 8, 2026The staff went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were taken care of quickly and kindly. The room was on the top floor which was ideal for us except the first night people were loud and partying. We did not report this to the staff however my husband spoke with them several times. The room was quite small and hard to navigate without running into furniture in the night when using the restroom. The temperature was warmer than we needed however Diana provided us with a fan which helped a lot.

Jun 21, 2026Before I mention the bad, let me say that the breakfast and location are good. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Found out after the first night that room AC was not working. Was a scorching 30+ celsius outside and inside temp would not drop below 27 celsius. Informed staff on 3 occasions about the AC not working in the room. They sent people up twice and claimed it was just the settings that were off on the thermostat. Settings were NOT wrong. Please verify the AC unit itself operating by the window. The hotel would not relocate us to another room even after we asked. We will not be staying or recommending this hotel to others.

May 19, 2026The hotel was very new and modern but there was a very hazardous door stop in the middle of the common area bottom of staircase and entrance to dinning room that even when notified to the staff they did nothing about it. Several other guest we spoke with mentioned the same danger and experience with it, and they also said the staff did nothing about it

Feb 19, 2026Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was not good. Croissants and bulgarian brood ( i suppossed) were not freshly baked,very hard and not appetizing at all. Eggs and sausage were not warm as well everyday the same choices which is disappointing!

Aug 13, 2025We had an awful experience with both the hotel and hotels.com. Despite the hotel being advertised as having air conditioning AND hotels.com promoting it as one of their ‘Best Hotels’, the air conditioning was not working and with two young kids we had to check out. Both the hotel and hotels.com have refused to refund us or maintain communication and as a result we have lost almost $350. I have video documentation that it was 27’C but neither party are accepting responsibility for taking our money for a falsely advertised service. We were even charged tourist tax as we left the hotel despite not staying there.
I suggest you stay elsewhere and use a different booking site.

Sep 15, 2026We booked two rooms in the same category, but one of them was incredibly small. The room on the fifth floor was tiny, and every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom got soaked—the shower curtain was practically useless and seemed purely decorative. There was also a spider hanging from the ceiling panel above the wardrobe for a long time, and it was never removed.
The bed was unbelievably small and extremely cramped for two people, with virtually no space left around it. The fifth floor was also unbearably hot.
In our other room, the cabinet under the washbasin was coming apart and sagging. We reported it to the staff, who said someone would come to repair it, but they only took a look and never actually fixed it. The room on the second floor was also extremely hot, and the air conditioning was completely ineffective.
The hotel’s location is not particularly good either. It is next to a busy main road, and there were many homeless people and intoxicated individuals lingering nearby, which made the area feel rather unsafe, especially at night.
The photos online are clearly much more flattering than the reality. Staying at this hotel genuinely had a negative impact on our trip and left us feeling very disappointed.
