Pros: Front Desk Staff was top notch professional- friendly, helpful and responsive. Spa is great, clean, not overly crowded. Very nice waitstaff at the restaurant. Rooms are pretty and comfortable.
Cons: air conditioning unit and towel dryer both not functioning. Street light outside window with no way to block the light. Breakfast staff aggressive and not friendly.
Overall we enjoyed staying here. Bagno Vignoni is a gorgeous place.

We stayed at the suite and it was really spacious and comfortable. Hot water worked great, spacious bathroom. Everything was really clean. We added the spa access and enjoyed the thermal bath and got a massage. Staff was great and attentive. Be ready to carry your bags up stairs. Pretty town! Would love to be back.

Beautiful area but service could be warmer
Bagno Vignoni was a wonderful surprise, a peaceful, charming town with beautiful hilltop views and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. The location is truly a hidden gem.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable mattress of our entire 2-week trip. We slept very well! However, the ceiling was not soundproof, and we could clearly hear people walking above us, which disrupted the peace at times especially late at night when we were trying to sleep.
We had a small issue when a housekeeper accidentally broke a wine bottle we had stored in the shared fridge. While they did inform us, there was no gesture offered, which felt a bit disappointing. You would think they could give us a free drink at their bar or something to compensate. We just got a sorry this happened...
The staff didn't feel particularly welcoming in person. Unlike other places we stayed in Italy, no one took the time to explain the area, offer suggestions, or even show us a map. They were responsive over WhatsApp, but the lack of warmth or personal touch was noticeable.
We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, as the fixed menu didn’t suit our tastes.
Despite this, we would still highly recommend staying here for the location, comfort, and the charm of Bagno Vignoni, just know that the service may be a bit more hands-off than elsewhere. If they improve this, they would be a perfect place!

Personnel accueillant et serviable, très bon petit déjeuné sur la place principale qui est charmante.
Chambre ayant cependant besoin d’être re décorée, pas très propre, literie peu confortable et salle de bain vieillotte. Parking disponible mais à distance. Il est cependant possible de se garer devant l’hôtel le temps de charger la voiture, mais ce n’est pas idéal lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants en bas âge.
