The hotel overall was good tho our room 309 was a twin and there was a musky smell in the room that was bad and the shower could have done with an upgrade . The ceiling tiles were blowing off when we had the window open and the wind was strong . Overall the bed was comfy , a fan was supplied and there was air conditioning in the entertainment space . The television too had good connection to a lot of channels .

I booked single room which was small, but it's expected. Room was clean. Hotel ia a bit dated with squeaky floors in places. Sleep quality unfortunately was very poor, sash window didn't provide any soundproofing and there were a lot deliveries coming at 6-8am that were very noisy. After check in I noticed that there are no towels in the room, so had to ask for them at reception.

The stay was good.Unfortunately by mistake I booked a second room which I was not aware of until arrival.Sreve,the member of staff on duty was very helpful and said he would advise the booking agent and obtain a refund if applicable.No refund has been forthcoming and clearly this will have a bearing on any future bookings.A shame really!

Great location and fairly easy parking in the streets with good restaurants, pubs, etc. nearby. Very friendly greeting from reception. The room and public spaces were in good nick, wi-fi good (code from reception), but my bed was a little hard for my comfort.

Negative - A old style hotel, it is a bit quite aged and frankly it needs to be renovated. Good thing - although the hotel hardware is not perfect, every staff like the receptionist, bar tender, waiters have been trying their best to provide the best service they could.

Close to the beach. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room looked renovated and fresh. However we had no air conditioning in the room but had an air conditioning unit just outside our window that make an incredible noise 24/7. It was impossible to sleep with closed windows as it was boiling hot in the room or with open window and noise of air conditioner. Breakfast of medium quality. Well organised . I'd come here again if had a room away from the noisy air conditioning unit.
