what a great lil corner of Bentonville! easy access to the trails, and the cabins, tho small were perfect for our time there. Also- had some great conversations with others who were there and being our first time there, gave helpful tip on the trails, downtown, where to eat etc. will definitely be back!

Perfect for seniors
Check in was tricky because it is techno based and I was unfamiliar with the process but owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Bed was super comfortable and grounds has everything you could ask for. I am not a biker but enjoy camping and outdoors and this is perfect for seniors such as myself. I will definitely do it again!

Set-up is perfect for people who like to ride bikes. Everything was as advertised, plus I don’t ever recall bedding as soft in any other place I have stayed.
The only issue was that it rained severely cutting trail time nearly the whole time I was there.
