The rooms are lavishly appointed, and the location is in the heart of old Caceres, so you're within an easy walk of what the city has to offer. Just beautiful

This hotel is new and we had a great room, all clean and with great taste. Reception staff was beyond nice and helped with everything. Spa area also very comfy for it s size. We really had a great stay here, it s superb that they have resonably priced caviar in their mini bar. The only place to stay is this one.

In this super new hotel, they preserved the essence of the old palace and combined it with a state of the art lodging, amenities and style. High quality and solid materials are used. We felt that the cocktail bar in the garden offers modern, very good drinks reasonably priced. We stayed two nights but would have liked to stayed longer. The king sized bed is comfy as it gets. 10/10 over all.

Rather than a misunderstanding that the receptionists did not explain us well about the limit of the 6 persons using the SPA (We understood that one should reserve only by rooms for 45 minutes), everything else was excellent, the decoration, the cleanness of the room and especially the breakfast which worths to pay for it. At their bar/restaurant our only complaint was that we ordered Risotto with Salmon but the risotto was just 5 or 6 spoons. The portion was very small so we decided to dine out and not anymore at the hotel. Their ceviche was excellent. The staff very very cordial and helpful too. We will stay there again and recommend it.

El hotel es increíble! Muy bien localizado, y el personal es encantador. Sobretodo los chicos del desayuno, súper amables! El desayuno está muy bien, y el restaurante muy bien puesto! El roof top es lindo y divertido! Las habitaciones insonorizadas, muy amplias y muy bien decoradas y cómodas! La regadera es deliciosa, con mucha presión de agua. La cama, almohada y sábanas son extraordinarias!
