Complexe hôtelier à deux pas du château de Cape Coast et au bord de l'océan avec une plage privée. Jolis bungalows même si certains mériteraient d'être un peu rafraîchis. Bonne ambiance, personnel aux petits soins et repas très bon. Il serait souhaitable que le café ne soit pas en supplément des petits-déjeuners qui, eux, sont compris dans le prix de la nuitée.

Hotel luxueux au standard africain Sur une petite plage, avec bar, restaurant et chambre donnant sur la mer. C'est ce qui a de plus luxueux à Capecoast. Ma chambre au 1r étage donnait sur la mer avec une terrasse.C'était super. Le lit king size était confortable et propre. Il y avait aussi un frigo, une bouilloire, café/thé Salle de bain avec eau chaude Eau pas au top alors mieux vaut utiliser un aquatab pour la purifier . Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.. Repas poisson, légumes et autres produits sont bien cuisinés. Je n'ai pas été malade . Mais je n'ai pas pris de salade.

The GOOD: In a prime location to everything, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was tailored made. The BAD: Inside the room, the floors are covered in dark stains (so gross), the bathroom has a dungeon feel and the shower surrounding has a lot of mold. The rooms desperately needs to be refinished or upgraded.

From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.

Top. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, das Ambiente, Essensauswahl, Driver Möglichkeiten,… wirklich sehr gut. Der einzige negative Aspekt: das Personal für das Restaurant/ die Bar waren sehr unaufmerksam. Man musste sie darauf aufmerksam machen, wenn man etwas bestellen möchte. Wir würden zu 100% wiederkommen!

Absolute heaven on earth. Claude, Joanna and all the other amazing staff made our trip to the Cape Coast, beyond amazing. We loved the fact that it was on an open beach, offering opportunities to engage with the locals of the area. Perfect definition of eco-luxury meets humility!

We had two nights at Oasis. It’s a very relaxing place with friendly, helpful staff. It’s right on the beach so you can sit under a parasol for drinks and meals and take in an idyllic sea view. The room was clean and cool (air con) with comfy beds. Great shower too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff was very flexible with the check in time. Our flight was cancelled and because of that we made us very late. Also the ocean and the property were absolutely stunning and breakfast was delicious. I was very sad that we got to be there only for one night. I definitely recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, the stay fell far below expectations. We were not told the hotel was undergoing renovations, which became clear on arrival. Our first room had a balcony door that wouldn’t lock, so we moved. The second room was well located but had major issues: the toilet never flushed (we were given a bucket), there was mould on the walls and curtains, the fridge was broken, and the water was often unavailable or ran brown without warning. We also experienced drain flies in the bathroom, regular power outages, and poor ventilation because the doors and windows couldn’t be safely secured. The mosquito door was off its runners, and the windows weren’t one‑way, so we had to keep the curtains closed. When I raised these issues, the receptionist said a late checkout would still incur a fee, which felt unreasonable given the unresolved problems. We were also told we had to leave for incoming guests, even though the toilet hadn’t been fixed. Although breakfast was included, we were told tea and coffee would cost extra because it was “complimentary,” which was confusing. We also observed poor food hygiene, including pizza dough left uncovered with flies on it. We reported everything to the manager at checkout. While staff were polite, the visit was overshadowed by serious maintenance issues, poor communication, and a lack of follow‑up.
