Interior was pretty clean except for 1 bunk bed, appliances worked well, good TV coffemaker etc. Exterior grass was overgrown and rotten siding on outside wall, another guest had left a tent beside trash can- didn't effect our stay just needs attention. There was mention of a pool in the description but there is not one.
