O apartamento é muito pequeno. Estávamos em 4. Dois adultos e duas crianças. A cama muito pequena. Apesar de ser para 4 pessoas, so forneceram o virol para cobrir o colchão somente da cama. Falaram que o sofá era um sofá e por isso nao tinha por que cobrir. Falei que eram para 4 pessoas e por isso a função do sofá seria para cama e nao sofá. Mas nao adiantou. Falaram q se eu quisesse um virol teria que pagar. O banheiro é muitooo pequeno. O mínimo possível de tamanho. O apartamento ficou bem desconfortável

Os flats são maravilhosos, tudo novo, funcionando, camas confortáveis, travesseiros também. A estrutura do condomínio é excelente, a academia é perfeita, funcionários educados, a localização e vista para a praia são perfeitas. O que pode melhorar: não permite acesso a visitantes, nem ao menos um, nem por meia hora. Isso foi bem chato porque eu estava com meu genro, que chegamos de viagem juntos e ele não pode nem subir só até chegar o carro dele, nem pra subir com nossas malas, teve que ficar embaixo. Bem deselegante isso. Outro ponto a melhorar é que em um dos flats, tinha uma manta pequena, não era suficiente para duas pessoas e bem fina, de má qualidade. Já no outro estava uma manta legal. O lençol e fronha de um deles também estava cheio de bolinhas, que ficam arranhando na pele, de baixa qualidade também. Os assentos dos sanitários são de MDF e estão descascando, seria melhor de plástico, mais higiênico. Bom, essas coisas não mudam a minha avaliação de cinco estrelas porque os pontos positivos são bem maiores.

Bem localizado e com uma vista linda. A estrutura do prédio é ótima - a academia muito boa, com um café em frente que atende bem aos hóspedes. Únicos pontos fracos são a vedação de receber visitas - eu que morei em Salvador, que tenho amigas que estavam me levando e buscando pra todo lado, não podiam esperar eu me trocar no quarto conversando, o que achei desagradável. Além disso, embora a cozinha tenho todos os utensílios, não tinha um sal que pudesse ser usado ou uma garrafa de água para a chegada - o hóspede que pretende usar o espaço precisa comprar tudo.

A estadia foi muito boa e tranquila, excelente e agradável localização, permitiu chegada na madrugada, tudo no ap limpinho e novo, equipe atenciosa, aceita pet e o atendimento via WhatsApp super rápido e resolutivo. Algumas obs que não atrapalharam a estadia, mas acho importante citar (fiquei no ap 526): no anúncio citava cama de solteiro mas era uma bicama embaixo da queen, num espaço bem apertadinho; a roupa de cama solteiro não estava disponível na chegada (contatei de forma rápida e resolveram na manhã seguinte, pois cheguei na madrugada); mesmo com box passava um pouco de água para o banheiro.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren leider sehr schmal, wobei wir alle zum Glück sehr schlank sind. Die Balkons sind unmöbliert, aber morgens durch die Sonneneinstrahlung viel zu warm und durch den fast ständigen Verkehrslärm wenig hilfreich. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sehr auf die Einhaltung der Regeln geachtet. Der Concierge hat uns immer die Tur hilfsbereit geoffnet. Mehr Info zum Ablauf wäre hilfreich gewesen. Auch wurden in dem 5 Tagen der Nutzung trotz Beanstandung weder die versprochenen Pflegeprodukte noch der Haartrockner geliefert. Unten im Hotel stehen Automaten für Speisen und Getränke und die meiste Zeit war ein Imbiss im Hof mit ordentlichem Angebot geöffnet. Leider war an 2 Tagen der Rooftoppool gesperrt und somit nicht nutzbar. Trotzdem: ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden jederzeit dort wieder buchen, weil es insgesamt super war.
