O hotel é bem bacana, mas existem pontos a melhorar, acredito que o check in deveria ser menos burocrático, você precisar acessar a conta do gov e responder formulários é exaustivo. Outro ponto que foi o ápice do incômodo é o fato dos banheiros não possuir box ou divisória, quando vc toma banho molha o banho inteiro e no meu caso não tinha nenhum pano de chão ou tapete, eu tive que ir na recepção solicitar. No mas a vista é extraordinária, é muito próximo a praia e o café da manhã delicioso, e detalhe, eles estão sempre repondo então você pode experimentar de tudo, e os funcionários são gentis e solícitos.

Pagamos por um quarto "standard double room", ou seja, com duas camas, para q tivéssemos o mínimo de conforto e onde colocarmos as malas, mas nos colocaram em um quarto minúsculo, cerca de 3 x 3, onde precisamos encostar a cama na parede para nos locomover, sem ventilação alguma, com banheiro super apertado que para abrir a porta, a mesma bate no vaso, sem boxe, pia minúscula, sem lugar para clocar nada. Foi o pior quarto q pegamos em todas as viagens q fizemos, pois nos sentimos dentro de uma lata de sardinha. Reclamei com a recepcionista logo q chegamos, pela parte da tarde, e também a noite, com dois outros recepcionistas e nada fizeram. As dependências do hotel precisam de uma boa limpeza e reforma. Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito bom. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Cama boa (apesar de ser tamanho normal e não oferecer maior conforto). Toalhas e lençóis limpos. Boa TV.

Funcionários eficientes e solícitos. Café da manhã excelente (servido das 7h às 9h). Ar condicionado excelente. Smartv com vários streamings. Fica nas proximidades da praia do Meio, praia dos Artistas, forte dos Reis Magos e Mercado da Redinha (para quem não quer andar, de Uber não dá cinco minutos), eu fiz tudo a pé à beira mar. Pode utilizar a piscina do hotel da mesma rede do outro lado da rua.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem perto de tudo, vairias opções de restaurantes ao redor, vista oara o mar maravilhosa, café da manhã bem equilibrado, equipe atenciosa e preparada. O quarto precisa melhorar alguns pontos, como divisão no banheiro(um box), suporte ou prateleiras para utensílios e toalhas, um porta malas, um acessório para colocar e separar as roupas, tomada próxima a cama, essas coisas, fora isso eu amei tudo, piscina ótima.
