Sep 7, 2026The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless. Parking was a little difficult for us as I am handicapped ♿️ and there were very few handicapped parking spots near the entrance for our room. We had to use an elevator, which was fine, but handling our bags was a little tricky.

Jun 11, 2026We had a very pleasant stay at the Rainbow Hotel. The location is excellent, right off Interstate 80, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and we slept very well.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when passing through West Wendover.

It was quiet, all the staff were super nice, and the room was nice with a comfy bed and excellent shower (all Peppermills have excellent showers). Aside from Peppermill's $400 Tuscany Tower suite in Reno, the Rainbow has my favorite bed out of all the company's properties. Had a very late dinner at the restaurant, which was also my favorite of all the Peppermill diners aside from the O.G. one on the Vegas strip, with notably better-prepared food than either Reno location, and a really chill staff.

Jul 28, 2025We like the resort; however, I thought I was fully paid upon arrival, and there was still the resort fee. There was also no water in the shower, so we were unable to take a bath or shower.
The staff was nice, we enjoyed the restaurants. Check-in was quick.
