The rooms were newly redone with some upgrades (like plumbing) still needed. Staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It’s one of the few places around and it is not a luxury hotel with amenities but it was clean and safe and functional.

Perfect, for a small, independent motel. Looks like it’s a family run motel and it’s a large family. It means there’s always someone available to help if anything comes up. A Keurig coffee machine is in the lobby and the rooms are big with an armoire and a big chest of drawers. Towels are not thread-bare and shampoo and body wash are provided. The roll of paper towels in the room was a nice tough, and hugely appreciated!

We got in about 20 minutes before the front counter closed for the night in October. It's getting darker earlier and much colder at night. Our room was nice and toasty when we checked in and got to our room. There was an in room iron and board which was convenient. The guy at the front desk was friendly.

This stay was comfortable and quiet. The coffee was fresh and the linens clean. The single room we stayed in felt like a small form room. Next time, we would get the double queen room for more space. Shower was clean and warm but very small. The hotel was full of guests and we still never heard a sound. The microwave and refrigerator was a blessing. We stayed here because we were attending a wedding a few miles away. The owners were nice at check in. The room did have an air freshener smell to it that was trying to hide a nasty cigarette smell but what do you expect for a cheap motel. We quick dropped our stuff and went to the wedding. After the wedding it was about midnight. The room still stunk but it was The bathroom that was disgusting. It had a very pungent vomit smell. There were stains on the heater, that could have easily been wiped off but were left there. It kinda looked like someone had missed the toilet and puked into the heater and cleaned it the best they could. That would also explain the smell. The mini shampoo and conditioner bottles look they had been in the room for years. The air conditioner was old, and I’m sure it was full of mold. To make matters worse The pillows had long black hairs on them, on both sides of the bed. Over all it was just disgusting and I will never stay there again. Lesson learned.

Stayed 3 nights in April 2026. The owner's were very accommodating to our late night arrival and throughout our stay. Hotel was easy to find. Stayed in a room with 3 beds. Plenty of room for all our stuff and ourselves, extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here anytime in the area. This hotel even still cleans your room daily! Have not seen that at any hotel since Covid.
