Room was clean, bed good condition, easy parking, and mostly quiet, until they put someone beside me who was unloading i pickup into the room. Then went away and came back with another load. There were at least 10 empty rooms in the next building

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sunset Inn in Brady. Everything was satisfying, customer service, clean, and relaxing. Would definitely book again! Just remember to bring an iron and a blow dryer. I don’t believe they provide those. Otherwise, very reasonable pricing and great establishment. Sincerely, Jill C

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Just didn't like the crickets or the TV pausing because of the internet.

Plenty of parking. Room typical for older referbished motel. Few bugs in the room which is mot that unusual. Bath sink drain did not function properly. Stopper would not go up and down. Front desk person was good.

Great economy stay choice. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking, pleasant staff, renovated rooms that are very clean. We travelled with a pet and there was a surprise fee that was not mentioned by Hotels.com. It was just $15, but it should have been included with the booking. Our king bed was firm to very firm, but the pillows were great. A/C worked very well with outside temps over 100 all five days. Refrigerator worked like a champ. These rooms are CLEAN!!! Budget stay across five days, two king rooms, a pet, and got great service, and clean rooms for less than $700 (after the surprise fee). Free advice, try Boondocks restaurant across the road, or the Brady Restaurant down the road.

Everything was good, room was clean and quiet. If there is anything I would change is the water. Water was a little too soft. Hard to tell when the soap was rinsed off of you.

The room was clean and all components that the room stated in the listing were true! Great stay, quiet and comfortable. Yes it’s dated gives very early 2000’s hotel vibe/ Tuscan mom. But they are renovating and trying to update the rooms for a more modern look. Great place for the price!

Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but rooms have been remodeled so it's nice looking. Only bad part was all the dead crickets in the room.

8/10 Very good

Very clean rooms and quiet. Its a roadside motel so we didn't expect or need much since we were only there to sleep, but that's all we needed it for. Rooms were clean and quiet and very reasonably priced. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. My only "complaint" or suggestion to improve would be to change the lighting - all the bulbs are that stark cold bright white light which is not warm and cozy... feels like a sterile hospital

Do not let the front desk fools you, as they seem to be renovating the property. The rooms have been recently fully redone and look great. More than two bath towels would have been appreciated.

Met outside with friendly service. Room was a little beat up but other than that it was clean. Overall, for a 1 night stay on a trip, this isn't a bad option.

6/10 Good

The front desk staff/owners were very nice and welcoming. Positive: very hot water in the shower, cold AC. Negative: 2 tiny roaches in the bathroom, shower curtain was nasty(had old shaving cream mixed w hair on the inside of it and yellowish on the bottom part). The towels were so very small (I am an average sized person). One of the towels was stained as if it had previously been used to wipe the floor.
