The room was neat and clean, clearly people smoked in this room, it stank. Also there is a coffee machine with a few teas and one decaf. So it was just ok, but I would come back not recommend it.

We didn’t . Under special needs , we asked about parking with a U-Haul . We were given options that didn’t exist . Spend 8 nights , Had to ask for extra towel twice received them Once . Asked to have garbage removed no one came . Ran out of toilet paper asked for more more one came . The coffee was 2 packs of instant. Never been refilled . This building is not Serviced daily . My opinion if you need to stay , Get out the next day . Worst experience I ever had . I’m in a hotel over 200 nights per year .

Check-in experience wasn't great - had to message the property twice to get the door codes. The code provided was then incorrect so I had to call the number they provided. However, they did respond promptly to my messages and calls and I was able to get into my room relatively quickly. A minor inconvenience. Seems like some of the rooms were being renovated so there was a bit of noise from that but nothing major. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and pubs. Overall it was clean and the room was really nice. No amenities but if you're just looking for a place to sleep it's perfect.
