This place was one of my preferred place that we stayed in. It’s a bit of a walk from Hakata station, but the amount of space you get is a great trade off . The place was pretty clean and safe and big for 4 adults and a child to stay comfortably . We only had an issue with the check in process . The system used wasn’t working properly. (No fault of our own, the lady apologized) . I do recommend this place for a stay in Fukuoka

This is a brand new apartment and very good. Some things are only in Japanese like bath controls, could use some translation stickers. It’s a great spot and highly recommend this property

worst experience in Japan
The first floor is under renovation and they drilled the floor from 9am so we couldn't sleep at all. We travelled a lot in the past few days and expected to fully rest on Sunday but we couldn't stay in the apartment due to huge noise.
Moreover, their cleaners are impolite. We were doing the final check around 10am incase stuff left in the room. The door was open without ring the doorbell and didn't apologize when finding we were still in the room. I understand the check out time is 10am but even 1-2 minutes is not allowed.....There is no place to keep luggages after checkout. If your flight is not in the morning, you'd better to consider carefully.

房間很好沒問題，屋內有兩間房，每房有四張床。唯獨對自駕不太方便，酒店身處窄巷內，只有兩個收費停車場，約 20 個車位，同一條街應該有好幾棟民宿/酒店、餐廳、酒吧，車位供應不足，無論什麼時候，都要等30分鐘以上才有車位。

やや駅から歩きますが、大変清潔で部屋も広く満足でした。
3階のお部屋はベランダからすぐ川や夜景が見え、日当たりもよく素晴らしかったです。
今回5人での宿泊でしたが、タオル類、食器、ベッドなど不足ありませんでした。
（お風呂とお手洗いは1か所ずつなので、人数が増えた場合は時間がかかるかも？）

ロケーション良かったです！駅からも遠くないしキャナルシティもすぐそこです。徒歩圏内に色々あります。すぐ近くに小さな公園もあり、うちの子達はとても喜んでいました。
お部屋が綺麗で広くて、子連れにとって過ごしやすかったです。
リビング、寝室が2部屋、キッチンもあります。
ただ掃除用具が全くないのが不便です。滞在中も連泊の間はクリーニングが入らないようです。食器類は最低限用意されていますが、使用前からコップに汚れがこびりついていました。スポンジで擦っても落ちないため爪で削り落として使用しました。
洗濯機は洗濯のみですが、浴室乾燥機があります。ハンガーの数が限られているので家族4人分を乾かすのが少し大変でした。
総合的にとてもいい滞在になりました。
素敵なお部屋なので家族旅行におすすめします！
