Rooms are comfortable/clean, good shower/toilet facilities, kitchen & dinning facilities and a good sense of privacy.

Rooms are down a long hallway and the windows are covered only with a see-through sheer roller curtain-so absolutely no privacy, and a little creepy. As anyone walking down the hall has a view into your room.

Dec 24, 2025On Expedia it says they have check in until 11pm but when we arrived at 10:30pm the owner said he had been waiting and almost left. He said they finish check-in at 10pm. The beds and room was clean. The men’s showers was overflowing into the hallway and the hallways echo a lot. We kissed breakfast since it doesn’t start until 8am , which isn’t ideal for early flights or trips.

Mar 2, 2026Important info: uber has two different addresses for this hotel! I chose the wrong one and had to walk 15 minutes with my bags. Anyways: Serviceable base for exploring Torres del Paine. Basic rooms are very basic but probably all you need. One drawback is reception was almost never staffed even if you ring the service bell.
