Jun 29, 2026This has a lovely view of the harbour and is great if you just want somewhere to make a coffee and use as a base between adventures.
Smart TV for the evenings was good so we could pop Netflix on and the leather chair is beautiful to sit in
Pillows are SUPER comfortable on the bed and plenty of cushions/blankets if you visit in colder weather.
Welsh cakes and milk in the fridge was very appreciated when we arrived from a 4 hour travel
Cons - the dining chairs and the deck chairs do not fit a larger person and I'm only a women's 16 and my partner a mens large.
Neither do the towels. Towels are a lovely quality and the same as what you'd get at a hotel but don't fit around your chest or your middle without exposing yourself.
The shower curtain is quite annoying as it sticks to you constantly whether it falls inside or outside the bath.
Hot water in the kitchen has extremely low pressure and doesn't get hot unless run for about 15 minutes.
Advisory to bring a fan as even though the heating was in frost mode, the entire place sat at 26 degrees despite the weather being about 18 degrees. One is not supplied.
One of the patio windows doesn't open at all and the bedroom window doesn't have dual opening. If open' both the top and the side corner open.
Boiler is in the bedroom so if you're a light sleeper then this is quite loud when it fires up.
Similarly, if the upper level move their balcony furniture around it sounds like it's coming through the roof
