Os únicos momentos desagradáveis foram ter encontrado uma barata em cima da cama e o difícil manuseio da escrita na TV. Fora essas situações, o local era limpo, a cama e o travesseiro eram confortáveis, a água do chuveiro tinha pressão e temperatura agradável, o ar condicionado era excelente, o café da manhã estava delicioso e o atendimento também foi excelente.

O hotel tem boa localização, com bom estacionamento. Porém, na chegada, tarde da noite e com criança pequena, tivemos uma péssima recepção. O recepcionista noturno disse que a reserva do hoteis.com não estava aparecendo para ele. Mostrei a reserva no app, disse que estava paga e confirmada, tentei mostrar o código da reserva, mas não adiantou, ele disse que não poderiamos entrar no quarto, teriamos que esperar na recepção ou fora do hotel (primeira vez que isso acontece com reserva do hoteis.com). Após receber a reserva ele fez o cadastro e nos deu a chave do quarto, que estava condizente e limpo. O café da manhã foi sofrível: pão velho (1 pão francês por pessoa, pão fatiado seco), bolo velho e seco, café ruim, suco natural mas com gosto de laranja estragada, margarina, água só pedindo. O queijo frescal, que era o que salvava o café, foi retirado pela atendente assim que a gente se serviu (1 fatia cada). Pelo que ofereceu, a diária desse hotel saiu bem cara.

Corrigir o desnível próximo ao o elevador do segun
Fomos muito bem assistidos por todos os funcionários, um bom café manhã , tudo limpo e organizado, o único ponto desagradável foi , um pequeno desnível próximo ao elevador do 2 andar , como foi o primeiro dia e na tinha nenhum aviso , tropecei e cai de joelhos não me machuquei, mais o joelho ficou bem roxo , mais camareiras foram super atenciosas me apoiaram no momento , só isso que poderia ser corrigido , no mais atendeu muito bem as minhas necessidades .
