"Rooms: Automated lighting and blinds that remember the last setting. Black out options as well as privacy. Numerous lighting options and switch access within the room does make a difference. Large bed with soft bedding. Big TV loaded with an array of films in English. Nice separate bathroom and wardrobe, room is spacious and equipped with complimentary water and capsules. Cleaning lady Alice was friendly. Extensive hotel supper menu that is also fully available for in-room eating. Variety of seating areas and facilities meant I didn't feel confined to my room. stylish bar, cafe and breakfast area so the stay doesnt feel repetitive. Breakfast consists of buffet options that include healthy vegetables aswell as local delicacies. Selection of juices and alternative milks such as almond breeze. Breakfast boys, i think one was called John, were attentive checking in for coffee orders etc., Female and male staff gave a good first impression of China such as Bryan and Brigitte. Local mall nearby with typical dishes served when the restaurant at the hotel is busy. Pool is a great asset, lighting and music create the right ambience. Leisure staff helpful and smiley. Front desk staff tried their best to help and speak English rather well."
