Apr 23, 2026We have stayed at Hotel Soretti many times and are very happy with it. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful and are a tremendous asset. Rooms are clean, well taken care of by house staff, and quiet. We will continue to stay at Hotel Soretti when visiting Durango in the future.

Aug 12, 2026The service was splendid; unfortunately, breakfast isn't included—it would have been fantastic. I know there’s a restaurant next door, but it turned out they didn't open that day. Anyway, the service from everyone was wonderful—especially from a lovely, pleasant young woman with curly hair and a beautiful face, who made us feel so welcome with her manner and attentiveness. Please pass on my sincere compliments to her.
