The hotel was very nice and clean and very good service. The hotel is inside a mall that doesn’t have very many stores so the views and location are very much like you are in the city.

Lots of walkable places to grab food. Staff was helpful and friendly. Entrance is a little unique due to it being connected to the mall but overall a nice place for a short stay.

Grand Duka is the perfect place to stay in Durrës. The staff were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The spa, included in the hotel fee, was such a wonderful treat. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Durrës, Albania. 10/10!

I stayed at the Grand Duka for 5days and I had a good experience - the staff were exceptionally helpful and the service in general was impeccable. The spa facilities was an added bonus. The room was clean and furnishing was top notch. I also dined at the Atrium which was also good. I enjoyed my stay

The environment is very clean, hotel is just in the centre of the city and near to many amenities, shops, restaurants and the Durres port. The customer service is top notch, amazing and tasty meals as well as buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Breakfast was great staff was welcoming and room was clean. We could not get my tv to connect to the internet my whole stay… Room was smaller than expected for a room 3 ppl were supposed to be sharing.

I had one of the best stay experience at this hotel, given my first time in Albania with my husband. The staff exhibited professionalism and was always eager to help. They made me feel welcome and was the most friendliest. I will be visiting again with friends at this hotel again.

Walking to Dürres bay is about 2km
Spa is small (1 sauna, 1 hammam, 1 jacuzzi) but the massages are really good
Taxi via hotel to Tirana center/ Tirana airport is +- 31€
Tip for the hotel: buy few more baby chairs for the breakfast in case there is more than 1 baby

Amazing hotel spa in the heart Durrës
Excellent hotel spa! Brand new hotel spa in Durrës. 5 min walk from bus station&harbour, close to archeological places, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre. Service was excellent, mega friendly staff, really good breakfast (a la carte, huge portions), really clean, comfortable beds, safe area and the Spa was the cherry on top (Spa is free for guests). They booked me a taxi to the airport and provided early check in. Fully recommend it!
