I stayed at the Grand Duka for 5days and I had a good experience - the staff were exceptionally helpful and the service in general was impeccable. The spa facilities was an added bonus. The room was clean and furnishing was top notch. I also dined at the Atrium which was also good. I enjoyed my stay

Grand Duka is the perfect place to stay in Durrës. The staff were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The spa, included in the hotel fee, was such a wonderful treat. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Durrës, Albania. 10/10!

The environment is very clean, hotel is just in the centre of the city and near to many amenities, shops, restaurants and the Durres port. The customer service is top notch, amazing and tasty meals as well as buffet breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious.

I had one of the best stay experience at this hotel, given my first time in Albania with my husband. The staff exhibited professionalism and was always eager to help. They made me feel welcome and was the most friendliest. I will be visiting again with friends at this hotel again.

Spa is small (1 sauna, 1 hammam, 1 jacuzzi) but the massages are really good
Taxi via hotel to Tirana center/ Tirana airport is +- 31€
Tip for the hotel: buy few more baby chairs for the breakfast in case there is more than 1 baby

Amazing hotel spa in the heart Durrës
Excellent hotel spa! Brand new hotel spa in Durrës. 5 min walk from bus station&harbour, close to archeological places, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre. Service was excellent, mega friendly staff, really good breakfast (a la carte, huge portions), really clean, comfortable beds, safe area and the Spa was the cherry on top (Spa is free for guests). They booked me a taxi to the airport and provided early check in. Fully recommend it!

Amazing stay
I had a short trip to explore Durres and stumbled upon this hotel! They just opened and it’s so nice to stay in a hotel where you feel valued as a customer. Everyone was so attentive to my needs. The hotel is modern and sleek. Everything you need is within walking distance! Two cute cafes next door.
I hope to return one day! As a solo traveler from California I felt safe. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hospitality.

After a long 13-hour journey to Albania, I could not have chosen a better place to unwind. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The entire property is spotless, and the staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and hospitable.
The highlight of my stay was, without question, the deep tissue massage — the best I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the free access to the spa facilities made it an incredible value. Between the sauna, steam, and relaxation areas, it was exactly what my body needed after such a long day of travel.
I truly fell in love with this place — it exceeded every expectation I had. If you are looking for comfort, care, and a touch of luxury, this is it. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Habíamos reservado una pieza con 2 habitaciones y al llegar nos asignaron 2 habitaciones no comunicadas ni siquiera una al lado de la otra, pero cercanas. Cómo había poca ocupación el desayuno fue a la carta y no buffet. Personal amable, pero se complican para hablar inglés. El hotel es bonito, bien ubicado
