Aug 13, 2026They jacked up the rates because of the eclipse. About 5x. Shower handle wall mount was broken and dint get fixed before our arrival, so had to take a shower holding it with one hand. Shower pan was broken and leaked into the bathroom and main room. Had to cut shower short and two other guests couldn't shower. I notified the hotel via WhatsApp and there was no apology, no solution offered, like another room, or a room at a different hotel, or any refund compensation. Just a response that they will fix it after we check out. No hospitality here. No wifi login given either, had to wait until next morning to get a response from them with the login. Not even an employee at the hotel. You have to run a self check in online by photographing everyone's passport, taking selfies, and using digital keys. They just assume everyone has a phone, that is charged, and has service. AC also didnt work very well, set it to 17C and the room barely got down to about 23 after a few hours. Twin sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with a hard rod going through it. Seemed like a very cheap purchase from IKEA. Pretty bad hotel
