Sep 18, 2025Newish hotel that is oddly located in a neighborhood. Once you are inside, however, the Pristine Hotel is warm and cozy, the staff always present and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and comfy. Let's not forget the included breakfast, which offers enough variety to satisfy anyone's palate. It's about a 20 min walk to the Ala Too Square, but with easy availability of Yandex taxis, not to mention it's super safe to walk around, even late at night, the location is relatively convenient. All in all, I highly recommend the Pristine Hotel!

Jul 4, 2026The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me instead was threatening to call the police on me. Which as a solo female traveler in a country you are not familiar with and is your first time visiting is very distressing. If I wasn’t able to receive help from the hotel manger in Karakol I would’ve been very distraught. Again, I would do more research with hotel “partner affiliates” as they may not always put you in contact with the best person tourism wise. This was a good learning lesson for me but also want to warn any other travelers looking to book through this hotel.

Apr 24, 2026とても新しくおしゃれで清潔なホテルです、テレビや椅子などがない睡眠にフォーカスするミニマリスト向けの部屋ですが部屋の外に出ると椅子やウォーターサーバーが設置してあって便利です。中心地から離れていますがそのぶん静かでよく眠れます。立地を配慮してドリンクも安価で売っているし、ランドリーも袋パンパンに詰めて1000comでやってくれました。朝食もとても美味しかったしスタッフも親切でした。中央アジアを3週間旅した中で1番良いホテルでした。
