We had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, we would definitely stay here again, nice and relaxing overnight stay."

"Just had a wonderful 3 night stay. Loved the place. I had a standard, large, comfortable quiet room, with comfy bed and spacious bathroom. I ate in at the hotel for all 3 nights and the food was superb. Good menu and each dish I had I could not fault, perfectly cooked and presented. Similarly the breakfasts were excellent. Staff were gracious and helpful at all times. I was on a 3 day solo motorcycling jolly. Hotel has good and free parking for residents .Great location for south Wales, pretty town and surroundings. I'll be back!"

We had our two dogs with us who were treated as well as we were if not better! Breakfast had ample options and staff could not be more helpful. A relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. "I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in Britain, but I did miss having somewhere cold to put drinks / supplies, arriving on a hot summer evening. Food for thought. That said, this is high quality accommodation."
