The room was great and the staff was wonderful. My only suggestion concerns breakfast. Many tours begin at 7:30. It's important that breakfast is ready right at 7 to allow time to get to the tour pick-up stops, particularly in Santa Ana Park, which is a 15-minute walk. Thanks.

Beautiful lobby, pool. Relatively new and very clean. It’s a really nice property with easy parking as well. I would recommend it.

This is a very old hotel which was somewhat modernized. It is gorgeous! While the amenities are nice it has still retained the antique charm.

The hotel is four blocks from the city center, which is a bit more than expected. Walking at night to the hotel is not the most convenient walk. The grandeur of the hotel has been more in the past. There is a large pool. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. A Mexican breakfast is served at the pool’s terrace. The staff is really struggling to cope with the service especially during breakfast. The WiFi is poor.

Staff is very nice and helpful. In the room that was given TV, fridge and telephone didn’t work. Another room was given per my request. But we didn’t enjoy to move all our belongings after we were already installed. The second room was a bit smaller than the first one. Don’t know the reason. The website shows one double room size only.

The most important part of this review is knowing that the staff is top notch. They were very kind, professional, and attentive. As a Platinum member, I was supposed to receive a free drink when I checked in, but it didn't happen. Honestly, I wasn't fussed, but the check in review asked - so I answered honestly. They sent a staff member with this bottle of wine to my room. I don't drink, so I declined it, but the thoughtfulness with really appreciated. The last day the door wasn't working properly, and they immediately had it fixed. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The front desk was always ready to help with any questions. Miriam at the spa was amazing - you definitely want services from her.

Habitación impecable y amplia, agua caliente y fria a toda hora, amenidades, una television grandota y moderna, iluminacion en la habitación con mucho esmero, baño moderno y muy limpio, unas camotas muy nuevas y limpias, personal de recepción muy amable y muy atento, estacionamiento muy amplio, elevadores modernos, check room amplio, desayuno buffet muy variado y muy bueno tanto los guisados como las frutas, tortillas, pan de dulce, pan tostado, yogurth, granola, cafe, aguas de sabores, etc meseros y personal de cocina muy atentos, hotel muy centrico, pero muy tranquilo, sin ruido, piscina muy grande, billar, etc, vistas espectaculares a la ciudad, un gran hotel y personal de primera, sin duda volveré

Es un Hotel con historia, esteticamente bonito pero no funcional. Las habitaciones no corresponden con el costo en especial con baños, número de almohadas, ruido. Hicimos reserva y al llegar comentaron que se fue a una reserva fantasma. Por lo que tuvimos que resolver la situación con la app. Y obtener otra reserva en otro hotel. Al día siguiente tuvimos la 2ds reserva de extensión y es como pudimos comparar los hoteles estando más satisfechos con el hotel donde hicimos la reserva emergente.
