Good place. We went in October 1-2 and took 2 suites. Turned heater on due to weather. The location was a bit uphill but not too much. But it was walking distance away from göreme center. Improvement suggested: 1. toilet doors in suite rooms did not lock due to perhaps shrinking of wood frames in cold. 2. Toilet paper hanger needed.

Nevresim takımları temizlenmemiş gibi kıl içindeydi, odadaki her yer toz içindeydi, oda da cam yoktu hadi bu problem değil ama havalandırma da olmadığı için havasızlıktan zor uyuduk, banyoyu ilk kullanmamızda şofben başlığı bozuldu ve iletmemize rağmen dakikalarca sorunun çözülmesini bekledik tekrar görevlinin yanına gittiğimizde telefonla konuşuyordu hiç oralı değildi, zar zor başka odadan şofben hortumunu alıp kendimiz yaptık. Konumu çok iyi merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Serpme kahvaltısıda iyiydi otelin bu olumsuzluklarına rağmen gayet yeterli, hijyenik ve doyurucuydu kahvaltı.

Otelde bir gece konaklamaktan başka hiçbir beklentimiz yoktu ancak onu bile karşılayamadılar. İlk girişte verilen odanın kapısı sürgülüydü ve düzgün çalışmıyordu. Bunu bildirmemize rağmen oda değişimi yapılmadı. Gün boyu dışarıda vakit geçirip gece 00:00 civarında döndüğümüzde ise hiçbir güvenlik önlemi olmadığını fark ettik. Otopark yoktu, aracımızı oldukça uzağa park edip yürümek zorunda kaldık. Asıl sorun bundan sonra başladı: Odamızın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Durumu bildirdiğimizde uykusundan uyanmış şekilde gelen personelin “Zaten kalacaksınız, kilitlenmese de olur” şeklindeki yaklaşımı kabul edilemezdi. Israrımız üzerine başka oda olmadığını söyledi, ancak daha sonra yeni çıkış yapılmış bir oda olduğunu belirtti. Bu oda son derece kirliydi; çöpler duruyordu ve temizlik yapılmamıştı. Gece vakti mecburen odayı temizlettik. Tuvaletin temizlenmesini istediğimizde “kenarlarını tuvalet kağıdıyla sildim” gibi ciddiyetsiz bir cevap aldık. Zorla çamaşır suyuyla temizlik yaptırabildik. Sonuç olarak hijyenden uzak, güvensiz ve rahatsız bir ortamda, uykumuzdan saatler çalınarak konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı da oldukça kötüydü. Bu deneyim kesinlikle kabul edilemez.

İki çocuğumla birlikte dört yataklı (bir çift, iki tek) odada konakladık. Otele ilk adım attığımız anda oldukça güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir karşılama ile karşılaştık. Ekoton Cave Suite’in konumu gerçekten çok merkezi; Göreme’nin her noktasına kolayca ulaşabildik. Seyir terası gün batımını izlemek için harika bir yer, kahvaltı alanı da manzarası ve ambiyansıyla güne keyifli bir başlangıç sağlıyor. Kahvaltı hem lezzetli hem de çeşit açısından fazlasıyla tatmin edici. Fiyat-performans olarak çevredeki birçok otel ve guest house’tan çok daha avantajlı. Ailece çok memnun kaldık, bir sonraki Kapadokya seyahatimizde adresimiz yine burası olacak. 🌸
