Nice hotel, great food, beware extra charges
The hotel was very nice and as expected, good breakfast and the food from the restaurant was first class. Travelling as a family a big draw of this accomodation was the pool. This was not the cheapest hotel around I figured this to be because it had a pool. I was a little surprised (albeit not the for the first time I'm Italy) that the pool was extra charge, and not a small amount either. I'm not sure if I missed it but this was not communicated on hotels.com. The pool was very nice, it was clean and had good facilities, but it comes at a cost. All in all very nice.
Lost a few points for service as during our whole stay there was no one on the front desk to speak to.
