Jun 28, 2026This is a kind of “turnkey” arrangement where you communicate via WhatsApp and get a code to get in. Very clean and convenient. Good climate control, safe, and a staff member was available in person in the morning. No real lobby or services but a good place to stay.

Aug 8, 2025There is no concierge and so not able to leave bags in the hotel. Its a bit inconvenient because needed to drag the bags up the stairs and then realized we could not check in and had to walk to find a place to leave luggage. Otherwise the room was fine and quiet.

Rent och fint.
Lite jobbigt med mycket förberedelser innan ankomst i form av dokument och betalning. Men förstår att det kanske beror på lokala lagar osv.

Je ne mets pas la note maximale car l’enregistrement est totalement digital : entre le premier contact téléphonique, les whatsapp d’explications, le paiement de la taxe de séjour par un site de paiement dédié, les dossiers à remplir pour chacun des voyageurs, avec scan recto verso des cartes d’identité et le déplacement du parking à l’appartement, on en prend pour 30 minutes. Sinon, c’est un appartement très correct en plein centre-ville.

Perfekt beliggenhet og flott rom. Eneste minuset: vi var på reise i Italia, og visste at dette er et ubemannet hotell. Vi ventet på en bekreftelseslink, og ble veldig stresset da vi ikke fikk kontakt med hotellet 24 timer før ankomst.
Hotels.com var supre på telefonen og tilbydde oss hjelp. Bekreftelseslink med kode ble sendt oss cirka en time før innsjekk.
