Receptionist was very friendly. The room was very quiet, dark and cool. The location is great, we walked to campus in 10-15 minutes. We saw no bugs and would stay here again.

Staff were great. But the facility is bad. No hair dryer in the rooms. Staff got one for me though very old and dirty. You can hear everything through the walls. And people were outside by their rooms loud till 12:30. Keys don’t work very well.

It smells damp, the bathroom walls are damp and damaged, the bedroom floor is dirty, there are cockroaches, the pool is useless, with love and investment they can make a better hotel

The rooms were absolutely filthy and smelled like pot. Grounds are dirty and pool isnt working. We refused to stay here.

Price is affordable so close to University of Florida.
Beds are very comfortable. No clocks in rooms. Free breakfast is just individual wrap sticky buns or small cinnamon rolls. Faint marijuana smell in rooms which is unfortunate. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The room got the job done. It was close to UF for mine in weekend. But it was outdated. The ventilation made it so I could smell the neighbors shower products and their weed.

Went for parents weekend and the Gator/USF game. Was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm and have all sorts of bites on my abdomen. Light over shower did not work. Convenient location but would not recommend.
