Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 1.00 per person, per night
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 2.00 per person, per night

• Cleaning fee: EUR 70 per accommodation, per stay

Optional extras

• Bed sheets are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per bed, per stay (or guests may bring their own)

Children & extra beds

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 70 per pet, per stay

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• The seasonal pool is open from July 10 to August 31
