Positives: good location. Very clean bldg and room. Very good Price. My room was tiny! Which, I was only there for one night- so fine. The walls were thin, I heard everything. My room was also right under the entrance, so every time someone went in and out of bldg I heard the bang. Sheets were scratchy and bed was not comfortable. I got a good price, but would not stay here again.

A very nice surprise in the middle of the city! Room was cozy, had a refrigerator, which was a lovely surprise. Easy to check in/out. Easy to walk to Oxford St, transport and grocery shopping (Tesco Express and Waitrose 5/7 min walk away). Nearby cafés and pubs. Safe, secure I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We needed to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, and they were just a phone call away ready to help us work out a solution.
